Numerous details are involved in building a new home, including lot condition assessment, zoning of the property and deed restrictions.  Marrano takes care of all of those details for the buyer.  “We also handle surveys, soil testing, utilities and building codes,” Converse said.  “For a nominal $100 fee, an experienced Marrano construction manager will meet the buyer at their land, discuss their wishes for placement of the home and create a report detailing everything involved with developing the land.  If the buyer moves forward and builds with Marrano, this fee is applied to the cost of their home.”
