Marrano Grand Opens New Phase at Deer Springs in Hamburg

MARRANO GRAND OPENS NEW PHASE AT DEER SPRINGS IN HAMBURG

Even before a shovel is in ground, Marrano has sold six of the 22 lots in the newest phase of its Deer Springs community in Hamburg. “We fully expect every remaining lot to sell this month with road construction in the development nearing completion,” says John Manns, vice president of sales and marketing.
Marrano is encouraging people to visit their three model homes at this weekend’s grand opening event (Mar. 10 and 11). One home design, the new Craftsman Series, offers a stylish yet classic design that fits perfectly in this beautiful setting. The Deer Springs community features winding roads with cul-de-sacs, ponds and treed preservation areas along with a public playground at its center. Deer Springs is located in a quiet part of Hamburg tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas of the Southtowns. It is conveniently located only 20 minutes from downtown Buffalo and just a short bike ride to the Lake Erie beaches.
“We are offering introductory pricing for Deer Springs this month only,” Manns said. “Our two-story home design starts at an unbelievable $193,300 – you won’t find a better value! Combine that with today’s low interest rates and there has never been a better time to purchase. That’s why we’re confident that this limited number of lots will sell fast.”
Marrano will have three models open for viewing: their brand new Craftsman style model home, open for the first time ever at 2384 Hobblebush. This four-bedroom/2.5-bath home features almost 2,300 square feet of living space including a second floor laundry, two-story foyer and sun room.

The home at 2348 Hobblebush will also be open and features the largest Country Kitchen available in a new Marrano home. It also has four bedrooms/2.5 baths, and a full front porch. The third model home open is located at 2352 Hobblebush includes a 20 foot by 18 foot great room and has three bedrooms/2.5 baths. Many of the model homes are available for immediate delivery with designs and styles to meet multiple tastes.

To visit Deer Springs take Southwestern Blvd. (Route 20) south, go past Amsdell Rd., one mile to Deer Springs (on the right.) More information is available at www.marrano.com or call Steve Converse at 716-608-8056.

MARRANO ENLISTS IN COUNTY CLERK’S “THANK A VET” PROGRAM

MARRANO ENLISTS IN COUNTY CLERK’S “THANK A VET” PROGRAM

Honorably discharged military veterans living in Erie County are now eligible for new discounts offered by Marrano/Marc Equity, Inc., Western New York’s largest builder of new homes.  Marrano has joined the “THANK A VET” Discount Program, an initiative of Erie County Clerk Chris Jacobs.
“The program is a way for our county to recognize the service and sacrifices made by our local veterans,” Jacobs said.  “I am pleased that Marrano Homes has joined the ranks of businesses in Erie County who are offering discounts and other value-added services to veterans who are in the program.”
Eligible veterans may apply through the County Clerk’s office for a photo I.D. card, which identifies them as an honorably discharged veteran.  Participating businesses and merchants have agreed to honor the card by providing veterans with discounts on purchases or services.
Several options will be available to veterans who purchase a Marrano Home according to John Manns, vice president of sales and marketing for the new homebuilder.  “It is an honor for Marrano Homes to take part in the ‘THANK A VET’ program,” Manns said.

Veterans can then choose between a free appliance package, including a Whirlpool microwave, range and refrigerator, or a discount on the installation of universal design features.  Universal floor plan features include no-step entry, one-story living, wider doorways and hallways, extra floor space, blocking in bathroom walls allowing for easy installation of handrails and lever door handles.  Some restrictions may apply.  Details are available from Marrano New Home Sales Representatives.

"We will offer vets free universal design consulting services with a Marrano design expert to redesign one of our floor plans to meet the needs of a disabled veteran,” Manns said.

“The men and women in uniform who have selflessly served this great nation have made tremendous sacrifices to preserve the American way of life” Manns said.  “This is a wonderful program that allows us, in a small way, to honor their service.”
Participating businesses can display the “THANK A VET” logo on their websites and post a decal in their place of business, demonstrating their support of Erie County veterans.

“Involvement in the program is beneficial to businesses,” Jacobs said, “and they will undoubtedly realize an increase in traffic and sales.”
