Just two home sites remain along Pleasant View Drive in Lancaster, near the Pleasant Meadows community, explained John Manns, vice president of sales and marketing at Marrano/Marc Equity.
"Both lots are 366 feet deep and offer considerable privacy with no rear neighbors," he said.
As part of Marrano's close-out for these two lots, the builder is offering special new home pricing. For example, Marrano will build a two-story, four-bedroom home from $217,700 or build a ranch plan in the low $200s.
