Marrano kicks off New Year with patio home model opening at Laurel Park in Clarence

A new home building season has begun and Marrano kicks it off in style with the opening of our patio home model at Laurel Park in Clarence, showing a true master bedroom down plan that is open, airy and loaded with upscale features. The new model shows a 2,100 square foot design with more of what we call easy living space to complement the private, gated community at Laurel Park.
